Hello Bambouli collectors! We want you to love your blind box treasures, so we’ve created this clear policy to handle returns smoothly. Please read carefully before requesting a return 😊

📦 Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet all the following conditions 👇

Requests are submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery 🔑

Blind boxes remain unopened and sealed in their original packaging (including outer boxes and plastic wraps) 🌟

Products are unused, undamaged, and have all original tags/accessories intact 🧸

You provide a valid order number and proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) 📧

Note: Due to the "mystery nature" of blind boxes, we cannot accept returns for opened boxes—even if you received a duplicate or non-preferred character 👉 This aligns with industry standards for collectible blind box products .

🔍 Defective or Damaged Items

Oops, sometimes surprises come with flaws! We cover returns for manufacturing defects or shipping damage (even if the box was opened) if:

You report the issue within 5 days of delivery 🕒

You provide clear photos/videos showing:

The original shipping package (with label visible)

The damaged/defective product (e.g., broken parts, missing accessories, paint defects)

A timestamp proving the issue was found upon unboxing

The damage is not due to improper handling after delivery (e.g., drops, tears) ❌

📝 How to Start a Return

Follow these 4 simple steps for a hassle-free process:

Request RMA Number: Email our support team at hackingcheng@Gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]". Include your name, order details, and reason for return (plus photos/videos if reporting defects) .

Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request within 2 business days and send an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if approved ✅

Ship Back: Pack the item securely (use the original packaging if possible!) and write the RMA number clearly on the outer box. Send it to the address provided in our approval email.

Provide Tracking: Reply to our approval email with your return tracking number—this helps us locate your package quickly 📦

💸 Refund & Shipping Details

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 3-5 business days), we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank’s policies) .

Shipping Costs:

✅ Free return shipping for defective/damaged items (we’ll reimburse your postage after verifying the issue)

❌ Buyer covers shipping for non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind on unopened boxes)

Deductions: No restocking fees for eligible returns! But we reserve the right to deny refunds if items are returned in non-compliant condition .

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Opened blind boxes (unless defective, per Section 2) 🔓

Sale/clearance items (marked "Final Sale" on the product page) 🏷️

Customized products (if applicable) 🎨

Items returned after the 14-day window ⏳

Products damaged by misuse, storage, or third-party handling 🛠️
